Physicians, residents, and medical students in Québec can speak with a physician advisor usually within 24 hours.
Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Should you need to speak to a physician advisor after hours, you can do so by phone between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
Please note that email inquiries are only processed during business hours.
Please note that our offices will be closed from December 24, 2025 to January 2, 2026. During this time, an on-call physician advisor will be available by phone every day from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
